Is it comfortable and safe for my pet?
Yes. The carrier is designed to keep your pet close and supported while you're on the move. For the best comfort and security, choose the right size and make sure all straps and fastenings are properly adjusted before use.
How do I know which size to choose?
Use our quick Size Finder or check the size chart using your pet's weight and body measurements. No measuring tape? No problem — a good estimate is usually enough to help you find the closest size.
Can my dog or cat slip or jump out?
A secure fit is key. Make sure the carrier is the correct size and that all straps and buckles are properly fastened before heading out. As with any pet carrier, we recommend keeping an eye on your pet while using it.
Is it suitable for both dogs and cats?
Yes. The carrier can be used for both dogs and cats, as long as your pet fits comfortably within the recommended size and weight range.
How much weight can it carry?
Our current size range is designed for pets from approximately 2–11.5 kg / 4.4–25.4 lb. We recommend choosing the size using both your pet's weight and body measurements for the best fit.
Can my pet walk while wearing it?
Yes. When fitted correctly, the design can also be used while your pet is walking. This makes it easy to switch between carrying them and letting them explore when appropriate.
What comes with my order?
Your order includes the pet carrier together with the matching carrying and attachment accessories shown with the product, giving you different ways to use it while you're out together.
